Our office has some policies that we ask you to respect and abide by even if you don't fully understand the reasons behind them.
FRAGRANCE FREE
We ask you to refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented products and hairspray into our office, to healing sessions, classes and workshops. There are several reasons why we ask this of you.
Our office works with a wide variety of people, all trying to heal and achieve wellness, and each at different stages of health. Research, and our personal experience, has shown us that what you put on your body and wear into our office affects not only you but also everyone else in the office including other clients and our office staff.
Everyone breathes the same air and what may smell great to some can trigger physical and emotional symptoms in others. It also sticks to and stays on everthing you touch and is then transferred to others who have appointments and sessions after you.
24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. When an appointment is scheduled, a space and a time slot is set aside for that session. When an appointment is cancelled last minute or missed altogether, the space and time slot are un-usable by another client or practitioner. We charge the full session fee for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
